Custom software. Built around your business.
We take over PHP/Symfony applications, connect systems through APIs and build tools for your workflows. Clear stages, visible progress and source code you own.
How we can help
Where we can make a difference
Three starting points, depending on what you need now: a project to recover, systems to connect or a new application.
Recover the project. Build continuity.
PHP/Symfony audits, takeovers and modernisation. Understand what exists, what is worth keeping and what comes next.
DetailsConnect the data. Simplify operations.
API integrations, synchronised stock and B2B portals. Your systems work together around the actual workflow.
DetailsBuild the application around your team.
CRM and internal tools adapted to your company's processes. We start with users, rules and everyday decisions.

Applications we have already built
HR, property management, expenses, CRM, lending, fleets. We present them anonymised — the field and what they do, without client names.
Case studies
Do you recognise any of these situations?
Every project started from something that had stopped working. We tell them from the beginning, with the decisions taken along the way — including the ones we changed.
-
FinanceRead →
The receipt photographed on the spot, the claim closed without the pile
Receipts collected in a wallet and reached accounting once a month, creased and without context. Half the time spent on claims went into reconstructing who spent what, where and why.
-
SalesRead →
A CRM salespeople actually log into
The company already had a subscription CRM. The problem was not a missing tool, it was that nobody filled it in — because it gave nothing back to the person entering the data.
-
Financial servicesRead →
A credit file with every step reconstructable
In a lending file, the question is not only what was decided, but who saw what and on what basis. A flow held in email cannot answer the second one.
Industries
The kind of companies we work with
We are not specialised in a single industry, but we have met the same problems often enough to know where they appear. Pick yours and see what we build there.
Why us
What you get, beyond the application itself
The difference between a software supplier and a partner shows on the day you want to leave. We build as though that day is coming.
Process
You always know what we are doing and what comes next
We split the work into stages you can see, test and approve.
-
01
We work out what needs solving
A conversation in which we find out what needs solving. We do not present technologies and we do not send quotes blind.
-
02
We write down what gets built, and by when
We turn the conversation into a document: what gets built, in what order, in how long, and what is left for later.
-
03
We draw the application before writing code
We draw the application before writing any code. It is the last moment at which a change costs no more than a conversation.
-
04
We build in pieces you can see
We build in one- or two-week pieces. At the end of each one you log into the application and use it, rather than reading about it.
-
05
We put the application to work
We put the application on the real server and check what happens when real people use it, with their own data.
-
06
Warranty, maintenance and what comes next
Launch is not the end of the project, it is the first day you find out how the application behaves in reality.
What we do at each stage, what stays with you at the end, and what we need from you.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before the first conversation
If your question is not here, write to us — we answer just as directly.
Ask us a questionWhat does custom software cost?
It depends on the number of flows, the integrations and how many people use it. We do not publish prices, because a figure taken out of context misleads in both directions. After the first conversation we send a written estimate, split into stages, so you can see what goes into version one and what can wait.
How long does an application take to build?
A first working version usually falls between four and ten weeks for a web application, and between six and fourteen for a mobile one. The timeline depends more on how quickly decisions get made on your side than on how fast we write code.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, in full. The code belongs to you, delivered in a repository you own, with the complete change history and the installation documentation. We keep nothing that ties you to us.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, it is a significant part of what we do. We start with a short audit of the code, the database and the infrastructure, and you receive a written document setting out what can be saved, what has to be rebuilt and what each option costs. If rebuilding is cheaper than repairing, we tell you.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. We are based in Bucharest and work remotely with clients abroad. Conversations happen online, and delivery goes to test environments you can reach at any time, so distance changes nothing about how a project runs. We work in English throughout, including documentation and handover.
What happens after launch?
We can take over maintenance: security updates tested before they are applied, monitoring, backups verified by periodic restoration, and a monthly budget of hours for adjustments. The response time is set in the contract, not assumed.
A new project, or one that has stalled?
It helps us to know what you use today, where things get stuck, and whether there is a deadline that matters.
