01 What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a site leaves in your browser so it can remember something between two pages. It cannot run programs, it does not read your files and it does not carry viruses.
Strictly necessary cookies make the site work — without them the contact form could not check that the request really comes from you. Other cookies serve other purposes and need your consent.
02 Which cookies we use today
| Cookie | Category | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| lendago_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers what you chose in the cookie window. Without it we would ask you on every page, including after you declined. | 6 months |
| lendago_lang | Strictly necessary | Remembers the language you chose, so the site does not switch back on your next visit and does not redirect you again. | 1 year |
| PHPSESSID | Strictly necessary | The browsing session. It verifies that the contact form was submitted from our page and not from another site. | Until the browser is closed |
| PHPSESSID | Campaign measurement | Only if you accepted the category: it holds, until the form is submitted, which advert you came from (gclid, utm). Without your consent the session does not even start. | Until the browser is closed |
| _ga, _ga_* | Traffic measurement | Google Analytics distinguishes visits and keeps the session state. Created only after the analytics category is accepted. | Up to 2 years |
| _gcl_au | Campaign measurement | Google Ads links a visit that came from an advert to an enquiry submitted. Created only after the marketing category is accepted. | Up to 90 days |
Google Tag Manager manages the Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, but it does not load at all until you accept at least one of the optional categories. We do not use a Facebook pixel, embedded maps or videos from other platforms. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
03 How you give and withdraw consent
On your first visit a window appears with three options at the same level: accept everything, decline everything, or go into settings and choose by category. Declining is as easy as accepting — one click, on a button of the same size.
No optional category is pre-ticked. Until you choose, nothing starts apart from the strictly necessary cookies.
- Traffic measurement — how many people come and which pages they read
- Campaign measurement — which advert you came from, so we know which promotion brings real enquiries
You can change your mind at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. If you choose nothing for 6 months, we ask again.
04 How we use Google tools
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and Google Ads to measure whether an advert led to a real enquiry. We do not use this data to make automated decisions about people.
The Consent Mode v2 signals start as "denied" on every load. We use basic consent mode: Google scripts are not loaded and receive no data until you explicitly choose an optional category.
05 How to control them from your browser
Whatever you choose on the site, your browser gives you full control: you can see the cookies you have, delete them and block new ones.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
If you block cookies completely, the presentation pages display normally, but submitting the form may require reloading the page.
