These are not presentation promises; they are the criteria we make project decisions by.
We understand the process before the technology
We start with the people, the data and the bottlenecks in the real work. The framework is a later decision, not the answer to every problem.
The code and the accounts stay with the client
The repository, the domain, the infrastructure and the external accounts belong to the company we work for. A handover must never depend on our availability.
We show the work before it is too late
We deliver intermediate versions that can be tested. Decisions get checked in the product while changing them is still cheap.
We say when development is not the answer
If an existing product solves the problem well enough, the right recommendation may be not to build software of your own yet.

What has to stay with you
An application is not truly the client's if the access and the knowledge stay with the supplier.
- Source code under version control, in a repository the client can access
- Installation documentation and the important technical decisions
- A test environment separate from production
- Administrative access to the infrastructure and external services
- A clear plan for warranty, maintenance and handover
