A CRM built around the way you sell

A CRM that follows the way you sell, instead of forcing you to sell the way a software vendor decided.

Why teams stop using their CRM

Almost every company has tried a subscription CRM. Three months in, half the team keeps everything in their phone and a notebook, and the reports no longer describe reality.

The reason is nearly always the same: the product asks for data the salesperson does not have at that moment, and fails to ask for the one thing that would help them. When entering data gives nothing back to the person entering it, the data stops existing.

  • Sales stages that look nothing like yours and cannot be changed
  • Mandatory fields that make no sense in your industry
  • Quotes still produced in Word, alongside the system
  • Cost that grows with every user you add

What we build instead

We start from the real path a customer takes, from first contact to invoice, and build strictly the screens that support that path.

  • Sales stages named the way your company names them, with your own rules for moving between them
  • A customer record holding the whole history: conversations, quotes, orders, documents
  • Quotes and contracts generated from templates, with the data already filled in
  • Tasks and reminders attached to the customer, not to a separate calendar
  • Role-based access: everyone sees what they need, not everything
  • Reports by source, by person and by reason for losing the deal

How it connects to the rest of your systems

An isolated CRM quickly becomes a second database that contradicts the first. So we connect it to where the data actually comes from: the website form, the phone system, invoicing, accounting.

If you already run Google Ads or other paid campaigns, we link the source of each customer to their final outcome. Only then can you say which campaign brings money, rather than which one brings submitted forms.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about custom crm

Ask us a question
Why not just buy a subscription CRM?

For many companies a subscription product is the right choice, and we will say so plainly if that is your case. The difference appears when your sales process is unusual, when you pay per user for a growing team, or when you need integrations the product does not offer.

Can you migrate data from our current CRM?

Yes. Most systems allow a CSV export or expose an API. We clean the data on import: duplicates removed, names normalised, and a clear list of what could not be matched automatically, so you decide.

My team is not technical. Will they manage?

That is precisely the criterion we design the screens against. A CRM the team does not use is money spent for nothing, so we test the flows with the people who will use them daily, before it is finished.
