Warehouse

Inventory and stock management software

Stock that matches the shelf, stocktaking that does not stop the business, and traceability down to the batch.

Stock on the books and stock on the shelf

In almost every warehouse there is a gap between what the software says and what is actually on the shelf. The gap does not come from one dramatic event but from dozens of small unrecorded operations: goods grabbed quickly for an emergency, a return put back without paperwork, a miscount at goods-in.

The cost is paid twice: once when you sell something you do not have, and again when you buy something you already had.

What the application changes

  • Barcode scanning straight from a phone, without expensive readers
  • Goods-in, transfers between locations, consumption and returns, each with its own document
  • Stocktaking by zone, done in parallel by several people, without stopping work
  • Traceability by batch, serial number or expiry date
  • Minimum stock levels and automatic purchase suggestions
  • A discrepancy report after stocktaking, with explanations and an owner

Stocktaking without shutting the company down

A classic stocktake means stopping work, sometimes for a whole weekend, and it stays accurate exactly until Monday morning.

Counting by zone, done periodically and in rotation, keeps accuracy up all year for far less effort. The application knows which zone was counted when and proposes what comes next.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about inventory and stock

If your question is not here, write to us — we answer just as directly.

Ask us a question
Do we need barcode scanners?

Not necessarily. An ordinary phone camera reads barcodes and QR codes well. Dedicated scanners are only justified at high volume, where speed matters on every scan.

Our products have no barcodes.

We generate and print your own labels. It is an up-front effort, but without unique identification there is no real stock record, whatever software you use.

Does it connect to our accounting software?

Yes, through an export or an API, depending on what it offers. Stock documents reach accounting without being re-entered by hand.
