The difference between a service and a solution is the starting point. With a service we start from zero, with your process. With a solution we start from a product already designed for your industry and adjust it to the way you work.
No solution ships identically to two clients. What carries over is the structure: the screens, the flows, and the mistakes we have already made once and do not make again.
It makes sense if your industry is on the list
You start from something already thought through rather than from a blank page. It gets adjusted to your rules, but the underlying structure is proven.
It makes sense if off-the-shelf products limit you
Several locations, commission per employee, your own packages, or the app under your own brand — that is where subscriptions stop being enough.
It does not make sense if you are just starting out
For a small business, a subscription product is often the right call. We will say so plainly if that is your case, instead of selling you a development project.
